Refund policy

Digital Products

All products sold by The MedBlueprint are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your purchase has been completed and the digital files have been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we'll be happy to help:

You receive the wrong file.
Your download is corrupted or inaccessible.
You experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement file or work with you to resolve the issue.

Accidental Purchases

If you believe you have made a purchase in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis before any files have been downloaded or accessed, where applicable.
